That is very bad spelling and grammar, but maybe he was upset when he wrote it. Also how can one be unsure if you had a meeting or not, that is something definite, You might however be unsure of what was discussed at the meeting.

To use your example, a guy caught taking EPO (more beneficial) and a guy taking a cough mixture with a banned substance should not get judged the same ? The rules are pretty explicit, in that they are both seen as banned and carry the max penalty.

Instead of trying to pull it out, try to manipulate it forward by using a needle. I had something similiar and when i tried to pull it out it broke off. I then used a needle to pull it through from the other side.

Well done to all the organizers a very good turnout. Could not be there myself but chatting to some of my fellow club buddies it was a great success.

The authorities must also start to take more action. They can put up signs cautioning motorists of cyclist's particulary in this area and enforce harsher punishment for offenders. If this sort of thing had happend in Europe, USA or Australia there would be a national outcry. I would like to see sterner action taken whereby offenders vehicles are confiscated, sold and the proceeds go to fund further road safety for cyclists. 2 deaths, 2 days is just too much.

Chunky was that along Swartkoppies going from west to east?. At about 10am we passed a metro car with some cops measuring where earlier some one on a MTB, looked like Raleigh RM7, was hit. We 1st saw a set of MTB wheels and quite a distance later the crumpled frame. From the marks and drawings it appears the cyclist was well inside the broad yellow line when hit. The road where this occured was also straight and clear, no sharp or hidden turns and is a double lane. Talk amongst our group was, is cycling worth it??.

You probably mean WEAR and not write. I think he means ride. You can WEAR what you want but can only ride in club or neutral kit.
