This is a Full Racing Licence for all categories i.e. Elites men and woman, Under 16's, Juniors, Under 23's and Vets. For all other events, entrants who do not have a Full Racing License (Elite Licence) will require to have either a: Cyclo-Sport Licence or the new CSA Recreational Licence. 2. The CSA Cyclo-Sport License A License card will be issued and licence holders will continue to be required to be a member of a club or a member of their provincial body (i.e. CGC, Pedal Power Association). The price for a Cyclo-Sport Licence is R100, 00. This licence is multi-disciplinary, i.e. valid for Road, MTB, BMX and Track, where applicable. 3. The CSA Recreational License/ Member License This is an alternative to the Cyclo-Sport Licence and is intended for recreational cyclists who are not really interested in competition. No licence card will be issued initially but it will still be a requirement that the licence holder must be a member of a club or of their Provincial Body (i.e. CGC, Pedal Power Association). This licence fee will be R20,00. This will be paid by the Club or your Provincial Body (CGC or PPA). CSA Recreational Licences taken out from 1 September 2007 will be valid till 31 December 2008. This licence is multi-disciplinary, i.e. valid for Road, MTB, BMX and Track, where applicable. 4. A Single Event Day Licence If you are not a member of a Club or your Provincial body, then you will be required to take out a single event CSA Recreational License commonly known as "a day license". The cost will be R30,00 per event. If a cyclist is not a member of a Club or their Provincial body (CGC or PPA) when entering The Cape Argus Pick 'n Pay Cycle Tour on-line they will be required to pay for single event day licence for a fee of R30.00.
