Fizik Arione, wingflex with Magnesium rails (the entry level) The saddle is very comfortable and because of its shape it allows you to shift around to find the most comfortable spot. I have tried the CX version is lighter but I prefer the normal one as it has thicker foam.

I have been riding 53-39 with 11-23 cluster at the back I find I only have problems keeping with thr group up really steep climbs. I have swopped now to 12-25 for the 99'er fisserhok and oodendal I will need that extra gear But I would suggest having the two differnt clusters and swopping them out depending on the race. 90% of the time the 11-23 with teh standard crank works for me. See lots of people going to compact crank now with 11-23 setup.

Whats up with the TDML riders on racetec now? 1:32 with ave of 57.06 I was already impressed by the Christo Geyer 2:00 Is this a mistake or should we be using the 1:32 to work out our seeding

So I upgraded to 7900 but still have my old 7800 DA cluster and the old chain. I bought the new 7900 chain and am contemplating getting new cluster. Is there a real difference between the 7900 cluster and the 7800 cluster, it looks like I can pick up the 7800 (900) cluster now for really good price compared to 7900 (1600)

So yesterday on my way home, my rear hub was making a noise, and I took it into Crown to have it checked, I was expecting Mark to just confirm that it was the bearing and then order etc... He replaced the bearings while I waited and when I left noise gone and am very happy. Also cost of bearings was anything from R350 a set to R900 for the original ones, mine was replaced labour and parts for much less than the R350 so I was pleasantly surprised there as well. Think they can charge the premium because its one of the two pre Argus seeding events. So possibly look to drawing in the many social riders that dont normally ride the other ppa rides, just the ARgus, this one and the Burger.

You guys had great times for the events, especially you AB, if it was last year you would definitely have gone up, its the "new" guys who are winning the races they are so strong, if you take Cape Cobra to come in at 2:14!!! and then still have that adjusted to 2:10 You have to really be strong to move up these days.

No they will seed you based on your Burger 2010? They say they sending out the emails in batches so if you have not received yet you should be patient.

Hi I am doing the Bouckeart Soenen, would have loved to ride with you but dont think I can do both days. Want to do this before the race though and the following week is the Rollercoaster. Thinking of coming to do the last parts Vissers and Oodendal next week some time one evening.
