Great ride, very nice to put some faces to the hub names, pity Vallie got puncture on the way down Llandano, otherwise would have probably had a chance to say buy to everyone. Aedon, I tool a chance at the garage and pulled the thorn out, was lucky it did not actually get to the tube, must say those Cont Gp4000s are really working out for me. Woofie, agree we should definitely look at making the hub rides more of a regular thing. J guys: Pronutro,Tubehunter (J),Cape of Storms and Vallie think the J group is going to fly with you guys in it

You can check group winning times on Racetec webiste, just check at the bottom for previous years, you would probably have to look at 2008 for windless weather. Dont think there is a year with the 110 route and windless with Boys in existence.

We said we would regroup, dont think you should just fall off the back becasue then we may be waiting for you. If the plan is to regroup then dont stress.

I was using one of the expensive recovery shakes and had no issues believed it worked well with reocvery , then I read in the Bicycling mag that Dr Jeroen De Swart said that low fat milk would do the same. I have been using that for the last couple of months now and it seems to work just fine for recovery, I suppose you could always add some Chocloate flavour to get the taste but I was wondering if there are more of you out there that just use the low fat milk option. Found that the Pure Whey protein powder also did not agree with me, glad I am off that now, Guess just stick to healthy eating and you should not really need supplements???
