1st pic Sardinia bay/Schoenies, they not long trails but good fun with some lekker little downhills. 2nd pic is along the beach towards Cape Receife in PE. Today my bike took me from Grahamstown to Port Alfred (G2C) awesome ride, fast and mainly downhill jeeptrack 58km. No pics but it did happen.

Went for my first ride with my new AnthemX on some local trails, very rocky and bumpy terrain which I've ridden plenty on my HT and today they were much smoother. Went past this.

Doing the G2C on Sunday as first race on a FS which is also my first FS bike. Very excited to do this race for first time also.

My new ride, AnthemX, well just the frame, all other parts came off the hardtail.

Got the Sola 3 too and have had 100's km's problem free. Sola 3 on special for about R8000 now good value. Momsen also great bikes you can't go wrong with either.

Nice bike man, I almost bought one but common sense prevailed over going into debt for a toy. I still wish I had pulled the irresponsible trigger. Oh well at least my wife thinks I did the right thing. Enjoy the bike.

Thank you boris, my 29er hopefully fits in Golf5, never thought of this and hate using the rack especially on bumpy roads. It fits in if I fold the seats down though.

I don't see anyone from Eastern Cape/PE/EL area, who are the legends and heroes from around here? My heroes are the okes that got me into this wonderful sport/lifestyle. Thanks Anton and Rob to name a few.

Yeah you're right, but where does one draw the line then, are all lights at 5am stop 'n go if alone only. I'm just trying to get the general unwritten rule here, I'm new to cycling and have no problem stopping at red lights later in the day.

Not to sure if all those loops and things are at our lights but will have a look or jump when no one is looking.

I used to jump red lights (only when safe) until I started reading all the hub threads, now I'm to scared of getting my head bit off so now only jump when not a soul in sight. I know it's still wrong but what to do at 5am and the light is pressure pad activated. What are we supposed to do in this case? Reading these threads has made me much more aware of my actions and those around me.

Where did you find the Anthem x4? Do they have L stock?

This is one of the things I like about the Sprada 1 is that it comes with a really good wheelset. The bikes are priced about the same and I like both, gonna have to decide soon its driving me nuts.

Thanks for the input Gary that's one thing less to worry about now. I'm looking forward to the test ride later.

How are you finding the 2x10 setup? I'm going for a test ride on the anthem later today. Can't really test the sprada because they only have a medium test bike and I need large.

I'm leaning towards the sprada with its specs and travel but still can't take my eyes off the anthem. It is a thing of beauty.

@Pieterg and @cobus3000 are you still happy with the sprada1? I'm trying to decide between sprada1 and anthem x1. It will be my first duallie so I'm itching to get it but torn between these 2 bikes. Any advice will be welcome with regards to helping me choose.
