I enjoyed this race because I love riding Hopewell, but the 3 groups together on single track was a bit frustrating and even dangerous at times. The 60km, as advertised above was 65km on the trail boards, but ended up 69km on most riders Garmins including mine. I don't mind the extra km's but surely this is a small part of organizing a race. I must say that the route markings and marshals and the whole event was fantastic and I will be back next year.

I'm doing the MTB 60km on Sunday, will be a tough ride, I'm a bit nervous.

That's how I did it with my Sola HT, bought the Anthem frame new and very happy so far, lots of room to upgrade and tinker. You will love your bike. Enjoy it!!

I went from Silverback saddle to Fizik Gobi and it is much better but I have nothing else to compare them to. I would also like to try a saddle fitted for me but we don't have a Spez store in PE.

Had the same choice to make and loving my Anthem, never rode the Sprada more than parking lot ride so can't comment on how it rides.

I like riding with mates/groups but need my solo rides, time to think alone.

Should be fine for your intended use, if you get into MTB'ing you will upgrade later, I think we all do.

Water/dust resistant I like. The amount of accounts one has to create for all these apps I don't like. First smartphone so will give it time and patience.

Pick us inexperienced noobs to get an honest and unbiased review and we probably won't break all the new stuff.

Yip! This is what I also do. Only cycle on the roads very early before the rush, or hit the trails.

I started with BFBC2 then BF3 and now BF4, never played league, just for fun. Some one's going to chirp about this OT chat.

It'll handle BF4 with ease as well. Nice machine.
