I'm not exactly scared of them,but wont touch them with my bare hands,always have a pair of grinding gloves close when I know I might encounter them.

I am realy hoping this is the case as I am not looking forward to a sickly December Vacation.

Its a dogs life.

So about two months ago I decided to put the E-cig down and see how long I could hold out.Havent had a smoke since. Cant really say I feel better though,as I have been sick for the past three weeks.Hopefully I will get well soon and be able to enjoy some smoke free cycling.

Oh how I miss my bike!I have been sick for the last three weeks and havent been on the bike for this time.Its really frustrating sitting in the bakkie in traffic where I usualy just scoot by all those cars on the bike.[emoji33]
