I am planning to do the 38km ride but will only register on Sunday morning - whats a good time to get there to have ample time to register ?

so I rocked up there at 4:59am this morning and waited.. and waited.. and waited eventually I no longer waited.

I have a substitute entry - will they allow me to do that on Sunday as well ?

whats the quickest wat to get to Uniondale from Knysna on Saturday?? I have the whole family with me (sort of a weekend away for wife and kids..) so I have to go to Uniondale on Sat to register and drive back and then get a shuttle to Uniondale on Sunday morning at 4am and cycle back .. (I hear violins playing in the background because of my sob story...)

The family's staying in Sedgefield and I'm taking the shuttle through the morning - which leaves at 4am bound for Uniondale ! Its gonna be fun ! I hope.

Great bunch of cyclists they are.. I started again on Thursday but due to time constraints I do 3 laps (on a Thursday) and will turn at the 1st circle in Blouberg. (Leon)

thanks guys - I'll check out the LBS before I decide - but waterproof socks seems the best option - I just hate cold wet feet :-(
