  16. B.U.M.P No one have an opinion on this?
  17. So, as the topic alludes...how can this work? My example comes from the golfing fraternity: I'm a member at club X...I play there most of my weekends...but my club is affiliated /or have a reciprocal agreement with another club(s) in the area where I can play (not free?) at a reduce rate and vice versa.... I would like to hear some constructive examples and or ideas that can work...i'll be attending a meeting soon where this will be discussed and we are looking for a workable solution...that benefits all. Keep in mind - certain trails are privately operated / certain ones are Govm't concessions (MTO forestry) / or public money / or a farm consortium...how do you distribute the income fairly? without a heavy administrative effort?

  23. yes, this has already happened on the Wannabees trails (on a Stellenbosch wine farm, which is now closed to MTB). If I was the farmer, I'd also excercise my right to privacy...pity though....but there will always be a cunch of bunts that ruins it for everyone else!

  25. Me think it's about time the legislation regarding electric fencing are jacked up so that MORE LETHAL current can be used! I hear too many similar stories where the blokes high on whatever just climb over elec fences as if they are not there!! Won't happen if the shock could be more lethal...think about it - you can open up a whole new industry where guys judt drive around, collecting bodies hanging from electric fences! (sorry - thinking along the lines of Walking Dead TV series... ) That bloke staring so defiantly into the security camera??? Sniper food!! Bloody bastard...
