  2. Saw on Twitter his bike was broken in half. All the best too him, hope he recovers quickly! Didn't know him well but he seemed like a good guy.

  4. From what I understand if it's too thick you may have overheated or you should stop introducing air and just spin the milk (lift the jug upward) when it starts warming in your hand, around 100 degrees Farenheit I think?
  5. Yeah bought one but don't really use it, end up looking at it and not concentrating on what I'm doing. Trying to get it right on feel/sound/sight/smell
  6. With your accident rate, I think a 100m restraining order is a better idea
  7. Watched it on Travel Channel. Todd is currently in Uganda as we type, having had the Police there take his knife and had a new one made. Check @toddCarmichael on Twitter and La Colombia Torrefaction coffee roaster. http://www.travelchannel.com/tv-shows/dangerous-grounds
  8. Cadenceblur you're doing pretty well there with the last two!
  9. But I don't see any bubbles? Haha well a lot better than before, but I see what you mean. Need to do the soap thing at some point. I don't have friends
  10. Now to work on my pouring technique
  11. ITO durability that Suede is gonna suffer so I'd go Giro
  12. Got a proper tamper today in red to match the Oscar
  13. More coffee stuff Not a Reg Barber but still a good looking Tamper in my opinion
  14. They make an excellent cappuccino in my opinion, but it's not an Espresso blend for me as they claim it to be. Like the bit of acidity, seems to cut through the milk.
  15. Cool Kickstarter project - fresh bean delivery by bicycle http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/joya/tin-umbrella-coffee-roastery-cafe-and-bike-deliver
  16. Tigger looking likes he owns the place
  17. Hence also the reason for those one way valves in some of the coffee bags - to allow the Co2 to escape
  18. This book any good? http://www.yuppiechef.com/clive-coffee.htm?id=9403&name=Clive-Coffee-The-Craft-of-Espresso&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Hot+Products+Perfect+coffee&utm_content=Hot+Products+Perfect+coffee+CID_e9e6aad0338e6eb094c16aafcd428ecd&utm_source=EmailMarketingSoftware&utm_term=Clive%20Coffee%20The%20Craft%20of%20Espresso
  19. Nice coffee wallpapers from Yuppiechef http://www.yuppiechef.com/spatula/do-you-need-a-coffee-and-a-cinnamon-bun-free-wallpaper-for-july/
  20. They degass (release CO2) heavily in the 1st 48-72 hours of roasting so rule of thumb seems to be to use them only after that.
  21. Shot! They are cheap about 40 bucks a set. The gel version is one pair and the fabric is 2 pairs, so you can share with a friend or another pair of shoes.
  22. They are beans from Checkers yes. Doubt they are fresh so bought a load to try. Never shop there so thought I'd just get what they have.
