  1. What is the actual start time of the 70km? And how much will a race board cost me? Will there be card machines?
  2. I'm always losing score for speeding on an on-ramp. It's stupid that you're expected to drive 60km/h while trying to filter into 120km/h traffic. Also I lose score for hard cornering all the time. Even when I go around a corner at 9km/h.
  3. But is it really random? Or is it rigged fit the weekly budget and then no matter which tile you choose, your predetermined reward will show up and the rest of the tiles revealed afterwards are just randomly populated? The same way that we managed to get the drink reward 25 times in a row with the spinning wheel.
  4. "Any existing rewards will be transferred once you've upgraded - please allow 48 hours for existing rewards to reflect."
  5. Suunto Spartan Trainer wrist HR - R4K or R4.5k if you would like a shiny bezel. Then add an HR strap if the wrist HR doesn't work for you or the battery doesn't last long enough.
  6. As Remi said, NO. If you do still want the strap, you may want to wait a month so that you can get cash back on that too. Vitality only pays cash back up to purchases up to R4k per family. Have you done the fitness assessment?
  7. Myles, do you have any insider info on what is to come for Active Rewards? I was quite enjoying my R100 Nandos voucher every third week. "Discovery Vitality reminder: Surprise reward spins have now ended. Keep an eye on your inbox for the exciting NEW version of Vitality Active Rewards. Auth FSP."
  8. What is this??? Is it not 'Travel Booster' that is falling away? This is a different feature to Fight Booster.I just boosted a flight yesterday for December.
  9. Looks a lot like Coetzenberg, just after "Varsity Dropout". Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  10. Compared to an Ardent, of course yes. The front tyre being weighted less than the rear while seated/peddling adds significantly less to the overall rolling resistance. The DHR2 breaks damn hard in a straight line, just don't let it wash. And it will corner nicely as well, as long as you lean it in enough for those side knobs to bite. When it comes time to replace, put a DHF on the front. Thank me later. 11. Exactly, as a rear tyre, ie. a steep climb where the rear wheel might slip under power. Essentially the DHR2 tread pattern favours forward and backward traction at the expense of some rolling resistance, compared to the DHF tread pattern favours side to side traction at the expense of some braking traction. 12. Not what I said. The DHR2 has better accelerating traction and braking traction. Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  13. I would disagree with this. I think the DHF rolls faster than the DHR2 and also corners better. The DHR2 has better accelerating and braking traction though. Sent from my SM-A520F using Tapatalk
  14. I'm pretty sure that Maxxis don't make an Ikon in 2.6. What you're looking for an a Rekon.
  15. Please please Rush Sports, add the following to your inventory: Minion DHF 29 x 2.50 (3C/EXO/TR) Agressor 29 x 2.50WT (TR/DD) or (EXO/TR)
  16. ScubesIt's definitely worth doing. They recently had the MTB classic race there, so the trails are in good nic and well marked. Its also safe as it's in a game reserve. The riding on the edge of the cliff mentioned above isn't actually right on the edge, even though it feels like it is. The top half will have less climbing but is more rough and rocky on the way back down. The bottom half has some steeper & more fun trails, but is a lot of climbing back out, up the access road. https://www.strava.com/activities/1272004222/shareable_images/map_based?hl=en-US&v=1510496328
  17. Yes, look out for 3C maxx speed, max terra and maxx grip. The idea is that the centre is a harder rubber compound that the side knobs(ie one inner rubber that makes up the casing and two for the knobs). The dual compound tyres have only one rubber for the knobs which may well be softer than the 3C centre knob rubber.
  18. I don't speak from experience, only from reading a lot of forums of other people's experiences, but yes...people describe the High Roller as a drifty rear tyre and a front tyre that will suddenly wash without warning. I imagine it has amazing braking and accelerating traction though.
  19. 3C should make the tyre roll faster and corner better, 2 things that the High Roller doesn't do quite as well as the DHR2.
  20. Does anyone have any idea why I am being charged 40% customs for a package of brake pads & quick links? And why the VAT comes to 21% of the "custom value"? I haven't paid, so the post office is still hanging on to my parcel. How do I go about sorting this out?
  21. Fantastic advice, thank you. I can't believe I didn't think if the drilled planks as a shaft clamp.
  22. Is anyone else wandering what this Boost141 thing is? You could probably fit a non-boost 142 hub in there, right? With the rear stays stretched apart by only 1mm, things shoud still be pretty parallel.

  24. Very nice. Time to shred.
  25. I received the same mail, even though my third goal was already acheived. Looking forward to a nice surprise next wednesday.
