I know as soon as you stand your heart rate goes up by 10 BPM..... as far as I know it is more efficient to sit. maybe only stand when you need to close gaps or attacking... dunno if that helps....just thing aloud
How come an elite rider in Red hill can not have his transponder but still get prize money but just not get points. I am not trying to attack anyone in particular. I just want to ask for consistancy. They award a podium position but dont award points. I dont understand?... Was it maybe a mistake that was only picked up once the admin was complete.

You know at the start of the RH race.... all league rides had to go to those two young ladies with laptops and show you licence, and hand over an easy entry. Would you invisage the sign on table supplimenting the existing reg. tables or replacing it?
We all know that none of us sit there 15mins before.... we all do little 1min up the road and one min down. I kinda have a 5 minutes rule when I make sure I am at the mats 5mins before. The way I see it....the person starting the vets should stick to their advertised time. But then everyone should kinda stick to the 15min rule....or at least make a 5min rule for themselves.... and wear your chip and your 3 numbers!Donkey2006-09-22 06:04:51
