    A mate of mine has done the the Magalies Monster 2 years in a row on his rigid SS (finishing something like 16th overall this year , if memory serves me right. If not, I know he still did really well) so my thinking is... if he can do it... so can I ... just on easier routes

    well, it was only my first ride... too soon to know if I miss suspension on it.... Didn't do anything hectic, just the River and Church .. But I'm sure once I ride DaggaPad etc, I'll know all about it.

    Saw a couple of 2015's today... ( road and MTB, mostly MTB..) glad I went for my 2014 Camber CC... New one is stunning, but I like mine more... ( new one is 10% more too, same spec except brakes)

    After reading the saga going with the Cedar Square Concept Cyclery https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/141677-unhappy-with-service-from-concept-cyclery-cedar-square/ I thought I must share the experience I had with a hubber recently. I put op a post looking for garmin mounts, a hubber by the name of wilvegza got back to me saying he had a couple he wasn't using and they're mine, no charge! He was even prepared to meet up while up in Jozi from CT with work , I couldn't make it though so we arranged he'd post and I'd just pay for the postage. I doubled checked once he'd posted and sent me the the cost thereof if he was sure about me not paying for them, he said yes, they're just lying about anyway. This isn't about scoring a couple items no charge, just about what a great place this is... with great people ....mostly .... pity you get guys like what Bertus' friend had to deal with ANYYYWAYYY... this is a positive thread.... so thanks again wilvegza

    Wasn't sure which forum to post this in.....and if there is a thread already, oops.. can't seem to find it. Anyone know of decent T-shirt printers that do "one ofs" that won't cost the earth but will last a while. Fanks

    I'd like to get a black jacket for winter use. Any suggestions? I had a look at CWC, they've got a Craft Active Jacket and Rain Jacket, anyone tried these? I'd love this Spez Gore-Tex one I saw at my LBS, but at 3K it's a little (read LOTS) steep.

    Assos T FI.Uno...... I always thought a bib is a bib is a bib.. till I tried a pair of these. Love them! can only imagine what the higher end ones must feel like!
