Terpstra was super strong! Staying ahead of that chasing bunch is amazing. In my opinion the only rider in the chasing group who maybe did have the legs to close the gap was Gilbert.

If Kate can suck wheel at high intensity for 7 days they should win. I don't see Ariane getting podium. She has her head to compete against as well. Think Robyn and Sabine will take it 1. Robyn/Sabine 2. Langvad/Courtney 3. Candice and partner or Annie and Mariska

Epic is a way different race than XC They will do well. Money is on them for the prologue to start with

Good mtb'ing!!! Feel sorry for the organisers that route markings got vandalised but there were many arrows on flimsy paper so the wind probably was the vandal After taking the wrong route for a 3rd time I decided to call it a day. In general I think they can do a better job in general

Where can we view the results or the daily packages they talk about?

Is Uran at least still staying? Not that he is his money's worth to be honest. He will probably be nowhere for a year or so till he gets another surprise result. They seriously need high profile riders otherwise I don't see the sponsor staying

Happy they got a win. Still think Uran was a waste to sign but he rode spectacular today. I will change my mind about him if he is still in the mix a few days into the mountains. My educated guess would be we won't see him much in the stages to come

I did a 3 day race there a few years ago. Think it was the Klein Karoo Classic. Started at the Spa. It was a great wknd

Replace everything except the rear shock. Just felt like upgrading the entire bike. It's now basically has the spec similar to the Race model apart from the Enve wheels

I have been contemplating going on a basic bike maintenance course for years. Reckon you will save enough not going the bikeshop for basic things to buy something cool frequently

It was crazy how Gilbert closed that gap after Kwiato surprized him with the early sprint

Dale I took the plunge on the scalpel by the way. Upgrading most of the bike. Can't wait to get it next week. Thanks for your help
