    How does one go about getting Team Vitality to approve your membership for your racing license (cycling) to kick in - it says pending on CSA site at the moment. Cheers

    People can throw their toys as much as they like - this is the reality of living in SA (and I'm not saying whether its right or wrong). If you want to boycott, then do it!! Just apply Rule #5 and HTFU.

    Good race.................any time of the year.

    I have previously used Bike Transport for my bike down to W2W - cost R1000 and no problem. Bike doesn't get dismantled at all - basically roll on, roll off.

    Looks like this competition is exactly like the actual race, if you are leading you get the jury to review and over turn, if you are a nobody then you get screwed. Seriously dude! Hopefully not, else you should just leave the comp.

    Well, let me give my view as well, maybe slightly off topic. I don't really care what the Garmin / Strava says, cos the time I take is the time I take And then the distance I ride is the distance I ride, and the "true" elevation is what it is, irrespective of the device used. Using either Garmin / Strava doesn't make me more or less tired than I actually am - wish this were the case, but not so Damn, I just enjoy riding

    Having been the recipient of a "bomb" this weekend on the Capital classic - before you flame me, I had 2 which somehow didn't work - I am glad there are guys out there who are prepared to help out. BTW this was "getting it forward" after previously giving away my spare tube to a dude who had punctured more than once. So what am I saying ?? If you or me is not a racing snake , lets help each other out , and not really expect anything back.
