  1. There have previously been sync issues between Garmin & Disco. Most of the times, they sorted themselves out, so I will not panic just yet. Their shell has been cracked for a long time, they have just been shrouded in denial.
  2. 1000 point target for me this week But only 100 points for my 2:40 hour 85% HR ride on Saturday. And that's only because it synch'ed my SHealth and counted over 10 000 steps They are obviously having a problem with reading to Garmin or something.

  5. ESI's grips measure theirs as installed diameter not thickness, so its difficult to compare Racer's Edge: 30mm Chunky: 32mm Extra Chunky: 34mm (I am currently using these) http://www.cwcycles.co.za/sites/default/files/images/product/P*GRIPS%20MTB*GRMESI*ESI*EXTRA%20CHUNKY*%5E*%5E*%5E*%5E*AQUA_5.jpg

  11. Try Broadchurch Season 1 & 2. Definitely a lot more 'Mrs Friendly' than some of the other favorite series.
  12. Reminds me of the two nuns who went on a bike ride... One says to the other, as they turn down a side street "I've never come this way before!" And the other replies "yes! It's the cobblestones!"
  13. 20. FSA Height Adjustable seatpost It looks like a more refined version of this one that Basso used in 2013: http://brimages.bikeboardmedia.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/FSA-adjustable-height-road-bike-seatpost01-600x399.jpg http://www.bikerumor.com/2013/11/11/eb13-fsa-adjustable-height-road-bike-seatpost-possibly-twists-into-production/
  21. I have been waiting for this one. When I am done with Banshee, I will start this.
  22. It was a good day out. Nice to get a change of scenery. I didn't listen to the part where they said the 1st 40 was easy and to save some bullets for the last 25km. That 'Bone (spirit) Crusher' lived up it it's name. I was broken after that, but loved the beer at the top. A beer & glass on the finish line was so much better than a useless medal. Really enjoyed necking that beer. I was VERY unimpressed with the service inside the restaurant. We should have stayed outside & made use of all the nice stalls & vendors - it was a really nicely done race village with a nice vibe. I thought it was a great event. 1st one I have done in AGES
  23. I saw this in the traffic this morning It was too dark to get a good photo, but Google tells me its a Liberty Walk Porsche 997TS. It was indeed an eargasm: http://www.pictaram.com/media/1255102918106354476_2243719675
