  1. I had kind of a similar issue with Dura Ace. Would not shift down to the lowest gear. Ended up being the cable not sliding properly in the housing so the derailure did not shift all the way, and the shifter would not engage to shift. Simply cleaning the cables and housing sorted the problem. Might be a similar issue
  2. Yo, not cool! I would name and shame
  3. I think you have answered yourself. Keep the 2x10. Progressively spend more time using the biggers gears untill your stronger, then think about changing if you still want to
  4. I like the Solomons Also think about: Your weight Will you run only off road Do you want something that will (supposedly) control pronation
  5. Are you looking for minimalist, or 'normal' shoes?
  6. Jip. Agree. Not just paint...
  7. Perhaps to make the values more comparable, experess it relative to body weight (watts/kg). Then also just list your finish time, and perhaps bike weight. We should then be able to do some regression work to find a rough average.
  8. Spending way more on measuring devices than what the rotors cost? I'd say go with guess work.. If you mess up the rotors, then raplace them.
  9. There was another discussion on this not too long ago... Think under 'Best triathlon watch'. Don't know if it had sufficient info.
  10. Jip. Rather use gradual pressure and test-fit in between 'bending attempts', just to make sure you don't over bend, and completely **** the rotor
  11. It looks like you pack to be the TEAM's mechanic on an Adventure Race...
  12. +1 Get the cops involved from the beginning...

  15. Recovery curve is directly related to training load ( intensity and volume) not just intensity. But I agree with the rest. Stop worrying

  18. Funny! Wonder who was brave enough to collect the sample...
  19. Just take it to LBS and have it checked out. It will give you peace of mind.
  20. Good point. Would agree
  21. The paint crack looks like its due to impact (radiating outwards from a central point). I would definately be worried. Don't think you would have suck a paint crack without damage to the structure.
  22. Jip! Don't know how much difference it will make.
