  1. There is nothing to programme or re-programme. These are passive units. They just add it to their database and link to your details
  2. Hmmm Don't know if I trust them
  3. As Jaco stated. Do a cold restart. Remove battery, wait, re-install. If I remember correctly, those codes indicates the firmware version. The cold restart worked for me
  4. The new fork setup should have more stiffness. The thru-axle will play more of a role than the tapered headset.
  5. Shame
  6. Wow! You guys still at it?!

What if you link up to a charity? 'Ride for a purpose'. Perhaps one that is linked to 94,7 or the Nelson Mandela childrens fund.

Thanx for the detailed reply. Now I get it... I'll need to think about this one a bit. I've done some long solo mtb treks through Madagascar and other places, but at that stage couldn't care about a 'following' (except for family/friends for safety). Hopefully I'll have some inspiration for you soon
  9. As most other posts, sounds like cable slipped.

I'd like to help, but I'm not sure what you are looking for.
  11. As I see it you are unrealistic: - As LBS said, those parts carry no warranty - He tried to HELP you out, and for that you feel ripped off?! - The LG part would have been way more, but he gave you an alternative at a good price, which he would need to buy. So why are you then unwilling to pay for it? It makes no sense. - I speak under correction, but pretty sure LG is not an ASG brand. They need not comment on their (sidi) part being used for something else. - It sounds like you have an issue with the LBS, for something that has nothing to do with them. Moan about LG then if you need to vent (over 50 bucks) Stuff breaks, you should be happy with the assistance and advice you got from LBS to sort something that was neither a warranty issue nor their problem.
  12. What would the benefits be over just browsing via web browser on the phone?
  13. Jip. Very interesting Hmmm... :-/
  14. I can't see any use for 3x10
  15. This is how I startef after being broken most of last year (I also prefer running): 2 x short rides (30-60") in the week, interspaced by running sessions (2-3/wk). Longer ride during weekend. Some of those were spinning or just in the gym. Being consistent is the most important thing. Hope it helps
  16. I only have about 1cm sag up front, bit more than double that at the back. I agree, it depends on the bike
  17. Jip My setup: Hardtail - level DS - SLIGHT nose down to compensate for suspension sag

    Who knows

IMO, no. - Not officially timed? - No entry fee? - No prize money Sounds like a group training ride to me
  19. With the volume of training you are getting, and the rate of weight loss, I wouldn't change much. As long as you stay in a routine, and keep it interesting and fun for yourself, you are sorted! Enjoy the Barn
  20. Cortisone has been associated with tendon degradation, decreased healing capabilities of the tendon and tendon sheath, and atrophy of the surrounding muscle structures, etc. As V12 said, it can stay in the area for a very long time, and cause degradation over an extended period of time. The more chronic tendons usually do not present with much inflammation (if at all), so to be so aggressive with cortisone is almost nonsensical, even though commonly advised. Get a proper diagnosis including ultrasound so that some visualisation can be done on the state of the tendon structure.
  21. Does savannah (lite) count?
