As well as Brad being hit last , this morning.........Shane Sutton, Head Coach for the GB Cycling Team, was involved in an incident this morning on the A6 near Levenshulme in Manchester. Shane was taken into hospital where it was identified he has suffered bruising and bleeding on the brain. It may sound wrong BUT these two accidents could be the kick up the ass that the govt here needs to introduce the cyclying laws that have been on hold for so long. Wiggo is a national hero here and his accident could be seen as a blessing in disguise. The lady who hit him didn't know who he was until the copper's told her ".....do you know who you've just hit?!". She went into shock and had to be given sugar tea to calm her down !!!!

There is very much a strong possibility that the answer to your question is "Yes". Doping has been an integral part of pro cycling for decades and IMO will continue to be so for years to come, no matter what the fat Irishman from the UCI thinks or says (it's not politically incorrect for me to say fat Irisman, as I'm half Irish meself and was fat !).
