  1. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=19014 R57 - not bad if your afraid of pimping your frame http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Images/Models/Original/19014.jpg
  2. BUMP - so Chain-L can find it
  3. Theres a sticky thread all about it that JB has contributed to.
  4. But is it better than home-made AJ muti mix?
  5. Also make sure the RD loop is correct. I did a thread about installing an AVID ROLLAMJIG and another hubber pointed out that my original loop was too small. This caused a lot of poor shifting and continuous replacement of the inner cable. The ROLLAMAJIG removes the loop altogether and shifting is a dream on my cheap OEM parts.
  6. Thanks. We ride in a local park (very safe) so the helmet is more for the sun and the sudden bumps when I hit something.
  7. Cool, you where a bit despondent when you left
  8. OK, well I hope its becuase you wanted to rather than had to.
  9. Are you back for a long time? Or just a quick hello?
  10. This question is relevant to this thread: What helmet is best for littlest Hubbers? In the States you cannot buy a helmet with an age rating below 1yrs as they United Nanny States believe all Dutch are evil as a toddler is not suppose to be on a bike? As a parent I say its up to each one of use to decide when is the right time. So back to the question, which helmet? I currently got a Serfas for little Hubber (2-4yrs) but its too big for his littlest sister (7mths). I also liked the idea from another Hubber of using one of those pram umbrellas that are sourced from China Shops. Need to get one.
  11. Sorry Grant, but with CPA Take2 has to offer at least a 6 month warranty and if the item on display is not what you ordered, then Take2 has to refund or exchange you - I would say as a distributor you should first get yourself up to date with the CPA. Guys, keep in mind that with the Take2 Amazon Portal, Take2 are acting as agents/proxy for Amazon and are still answerable to the CPA. I will say as a regular client of Take2 Amazon Portal the only issue I have is the waiting period (6-8 weeks). With the amount of fun my kids (yes littlest Hubber is now 7mths and she so loves the Giant Baby Seat) I would say that you need to ask yourself if the wait is worth the cash saving. The only regret I and my wife have ever had about buying the Giant Child Seat was that it took me so long to do it. Little Hubber missed out a lot.
  12. I would say it all depends on your weight, riding style, spoke count and spoke type.
  13. Cool. But as a developer I will say that the use of flash should always be avoided. I cannot open up more than two tabs of CWC site without my PC starting to experience extreme load. Just remember that not all your clients run Windows never mind Internet Explorer.
  14. OK, I can see the medication is strong in me today. No more posting. I need to first find that article on sports cheating asthma attacks before I post from my rather fuzzy memory again.
  15. For top quality resources on Asthma: http://www.asthma.co.za/ Learnt a lot from that site and understood why my doc prescribed my course of medication.
  16. For OT: Asthma releavers do not offer a sportsman an unfair advantage but Asthma attacks do. Many top sportsman are Asthma sufferers and will actually induce an Asthma attack before an event. I cannot remember the time window, but after an attack they actually have an unfair advantage as it somehow boosts lung capacity etc (Sorry, details are fuzzy as I'm on medication right now). Also their is a window period after an Asthma attack where you won't get one again, so if this dude claims he has more than one attack on a ride then he is not having them. He is most likely a sufferer like me that takes preventative medication - its not the same. EDIT: Releaver medication does not work for prevention, and preventor medication does not work attacks. Most asthma sufferors that I see grabbing their pumps are using the wrong wong, the always use releavers which are uselss until the actual attack happens.
  17. Are you using a preventor or releaver? Big difference. I use a preventor each day and yes there is a difference on my morning commute which happens to be a hard core mountain climb on Somerset West tar roads. But I also take chronic antihistamines and the two work together.
  18. Yeah, but it works. On another forum I sucked up to CellC for a SIM card they couriered free of charge to my office. I got an all expense paid trip to their new HSDPA Super Woosh launch in PE next week. It works
  19. Well done CWC on this PR coup and good on you RodTi for giving CWC credit where due.
  20. Thats awesome. There are geeks out there that would do this for the good if AIMS.
  21. Hopefully this has shown farmers even only just the one affected the security value of having MTBers on their property.
  22. All COSATU are doing is getting more anti-ANC voters to the polls. This is why the DA is no longer attacking these guys as they no longer need to.
  23. Oom C, soak them in diluted Bicarbonate of Soda ! Its the oldest housewives trick but still works the best. You can also sprinkle some Bicarb after each use. Works also for shoes, mattress and your fridge. Actually those miracle odor away sprays you buy at Mall stalls is just Bicarb and Water. The same goes to 1:1 White Vinegar and water mixture to clean LCDs and PLASMAs.
  24. Tony E from COSATU is just a political Wannabee that is trying to rock the DA boat. Reality is that its not the DA boat is rocking but that of his comrades. So dear Tony E, another 4 years under the DA dictatorships is going to be tough for you I guess
  25. That is why on group orders its taboo to ad in helmets, shoes, clothes and camelbaks. But I will ad that I was luckly with my Camelbak as it did not attract any extra duties. First check on places like Take2 Amazon portal before buying from CRC as CRC is not always cheaper (BTW Take2 include all duties and charges on their prices)
