I realize that my previous post makes it seem like I was in D for 17 races. That's 17 races in total, from March '06 to March '07. Hey! That means it took me 12months to reach C

Yes, Colonel, I am. I rode a few winter league races, and I'm going to do as much Killarney as possible too. C50, it took me 17 races to reach C. I was in D for a whole 2 months.

I rode in C hey. One day I'll be in A. I've only been riding for a year and 7 months. Ditto Marius, I train my one-lunged-ass off thw whole winter then I can only 'make the selection for the second' group on the climb. I do, however, take comfort in seeing the people who we've dropped in the photo.

Marius you do make me look a bit tubbie, but at the same time make me look a lot more relaxed. Look at those shoulders man, feeling the pain there?

Me 'leading the second group' ... which sounds better than 'me after being dropped by the main group'

I saw that they removed the fencing at the top when I went up yesterday, but I didn't ride over. I'll check this evening if I ride.

I saw quite a few photographers on the course, does anyone know where we can get hold of the pics?

I know, but that was there excuse last time. I'm not saying it's a good one. Although, thinking about it perhaps the people they've left down here don't know how to upload the results. The people up north can't access the results if they're being stored down here on a PC which isn't connected to a network.

I think the reason we haven't got our results yet is that the WT team is up in Joburg for the Dome 2 Dome. I remember it was the same story for another race last year (I can't remember which one...) where the Capetonian's had to wait. Dylan, if you were a minute ahead after Hells, a) you climb better than me you bast*d and b) why did you want to pack it all in?
