6 pages of the blame game. We all need a bit of patience . Scenario We are allowed by law to ride in a lane. So if there are 2 guys next to each other by rights the one riding in the yellow line is breaking the law, Not the one that is holding up traffic? Whats the hassle? He is allowed to be there I agree we all should be more tolerate towards each other but seeing the way we as humans act it will never happen. Cyclist break the law so do drivers if each one of us cyclist or driver acted with in the law and common sense non of this will happen but as humans we all believe the world revolves around us. Good old manners have gone out the window.

I would like to say well done to the group of guys riding this morning in Spez shirts. They were a group of about 20 but they tried to stay out of the way of traffic. They were using the side roads and not down Otto Dup . Nice , you have my respect

hmm some hotels are doing it the other way around. earlier you book the better rate. We ran at 95% tonite so if you wanted a room it would be R2100. when we ran at 45 it was R1200. I dont agree with it but its the way its going now a days. I would rather sell my rooms asap than turn ppl away with the rate.

I agree with the stopping but what about the lights that only change by picking up a car?

On saturday I stopped on me road bike and helped a MTBer with a puncture near the Harbour. I prefer MTB but use the road bike to commute Not all cyclists are bad

Forgot tea and coffee So the list is as Follows: Tea, coffee , hot chcolate, water, powerades etc. jelly babies, kit kats etc boiled eggs, boiled potaotes. crossiants and muffins. cold pasta salads in tubs with spoon. The Station will be for the Hotel residents B) that do not want to get up early for breakfast. Thx guys

Any of the shops on here interested in having a small stall at a hotel in town over the Argus week end? We looking for some on that wants to sell a few items like tubes, bombs, gels etc and maybe have a Mechanic to do small last minute fixes to guests bicycles? Pump tire for guys that have forgotten their pumps etc

Hello All. What would you like to see on a early morning station for a grab and go before the Argus? So far I told the guys, bananas, muffins, jungle oat bars, Energades and some baby potatoes in foil with a little salt and olive oil. Anyone else got ideas?

I rode the argus for CHOC And riding the 94.7 for Sign- Up also got a few items of clothing from the hotel for charity just waiting for the rest

I ride everyday as well ,but on the road at about 5:20 so dont see many other commuters

Saw loads of Indians at the Amashova The Lenasia Cycling club was there as well.

Agree with you Grumpy. So when some one has a disagreement then this is how you behave? Free food is free food as along as it is edible.

Did anyone find the USN drinks very sweet? Is this the normal taste of their drinks?

I agree that the " Expo" was a waste, but the sports shop at the stadium must of been smiling. I spent R500 on stuff i needed that i was going to buy at the expo. Even Hattons stall at the start had more for sale. I must admit that as a normal rider not a racer its the whole package deal that makes us want to do the race again year on year. Still cant get my head around the T shirt price. Oh well they can refund me my Mony.

Hmm sorry but I dont Belive that that meal is 3 months old. Unless it was kept in a vacume chamber there would be mould etc all over it. Soz dont belive.
