    So just a update here. Ordered this it cost R682 now and it arrived a week later. Could charge it fine but unable to turn it on. Had to send it back for a refund, which i did get. Buffalo collected it next day to return.

    Also Trianthlons are mostly about the bike. Its always the biggest part of the tri and the one discipline that cannot be overlooked.

    I tried watching that last night but holy crap the production was so bad. Very little coverage of the front edge, just static cameras in like 3 or 4 spots. Gave up after about 2 hours.

    I had this issue when I ran my laptop on my local monitor. If i used an external monitor it worked fine.

    Went this past saturday. Very happy with the outcome, he showed me my Brooks Glycerine were causing me to pronate slightly as they very soft, this was causing a lot of the lower leg issues i've been having. When he gave me some ghosts and saucony ride 10 to try you could see the leg straighten out. Also gave me a bunch of strength and stretch exercises. Thanks for the recommendation.

    Anyone been to "The Natural Runner" in centurion for a running analysis, for shoe recommendation? They any good? Better than Sweat Shop?

    Dont have any experience with these specific models but I did try these about two years back. https://www.takealot.com/tyr-technoflex-4-training-goggles-blue/PLID41632918 And I can tell you they were crap. Fogged up from the first time i used them. In cold water or warm water, no matter which tricks i tried to prevent fogging. From a comfort point they were comfortable.
