    Paid R2600 you can get them cheaper at cycle sharp but i had a few gift vouchers from my birthday so got mine at cyclelab. I brought up the whole i thought you guys will beat any price but they just said they can can only give me a 5% discount. If it weren't for the vouchers I would have got them elsewhere.

    Finally took the plunge and bought an Assos Bib, Neo Pro but still that price. Must say I tried on a heap of bibs in the change rooms before and that Assos really is so comfortable. Will see how it does on the bike this weekend.

    Out of interest how many have to be in a team for a team reward. I've only got myself and my brother in my team right now. We both get our targets most weeks but don't see any team reward.

    I had this problem before is the seat post's paint chipped off so its all patchy where it clamps? Mine was and no matter what I did I couldn't keep it from slipping. I eventually just bought another stem here on the hub a lighter better quality one and wasn't that expensive.

    Irene Dairy Farm does raw milk too. http://www.irenefarm.co.za/thedairyshop/ I've done the Kefir thing before. Was pretty cool but becomes a bit of a mission washing and regrowing after a while. Especially when you forget about it. It did work pretty well though in terms of stomach feeling better and led to better pooping habits I mean who doesn't want that?

    After going through all the safety checks and everything related to it. Making sure to fill up at BP as often as I can (not any near me). I do get quite a bit back. Last month got R160 but because I send it right to my excess funder it gets doubled. Once thats full divert it back to your pocket. There are people that get a lot more out, i loose quite a bit for driving at night a lot and driving 2k km a month. I also havent done the advanced driving course. So its takes a while to build up to full level but ya you can get quite a bit back.

    My original 4 pairs are still going strong. Will hopefully pick up some Banana ones at the expo, the colours match my shoes and as we all know that makes you ride faster

    I had one like that. When my wife and I moved in she actually chucked all my lego away. After I showed her the price of Lego to replace them with new blocks she regrets that big time.

    Why old sump oil. Wouldn't this have carbon build up in it and micro iron articles? Wouldn't new motor oil be better and its relatively cheap?
