  1. well knowing there is a problem with their system, you should have not left it till the last minute, now it means another additional year to get to Diamond... Have you done all your health checks, online assessments etc ?
  2. its been totally screwed this week... I did a run on Monday morning and a ride Morning evening, all logged through Strava and both still does not show. but rides from Sunday and Tuesday have come through...

  4. Muizenberg Beach Huts
  5. Here's a breakdown https://www.discovery.co.za/portal/individual/vitality-news-sep16-points-changes
  6. Don't you get the base points for logging an activity that's longer than 30mins? Remember reading something like that a while back on Discovery. I'm going to be 50 behind this week so it means cycling on Xmas morning on the IDT.
  7. for sure. But its going to take a lot more to get these folks onto the fitness buzz. Anyway 1x Apple watch coming my way for free.
  8. Jeez ok thanks. So i can say that this is going to be a walk in the park then.
  9. Don't think its going to stay the same with it being soo much easier to get points, as you say 1x50km ride is 1500points... i'm sure they will still keep it challenging.
  10. they are sometimes delayed, so just keep going and they will come through. I somehow ended up with 300 points yesterday from a 21km cycle,... then 150 this morning from gym so this weeks 1000 is looking easy.
  11. that would be lens only... only a few of those ever made.
  12. haha I see I'm also on there... I moved from having the highest post count on the Opel OPC Forum to a #4 spot here for new topics... Too much time spent working and less time trolling the web, haha.
  13. arrived in the post today. 4mm longer axle ultegra pedals. fitted and cleats on both pairs of shoes. Suplest S8+ from CWC and Shimano R171[old pair] Cycleops Fluid 2 which helped me keep some fitness through my collarbone recovery. With CVT and Trainer Road. Oakleys Jawbreakers Polarized - purchased in October just waiting for stock of the Kask Protone to arrive. The pair I bought last week had to go back to the seller as it was in bad shape for a "new" helmet. Luckily the seller was a good oke and refunded me with no hassles. Full white is on order.

  15. so whats the chances of things still not being sorted 100% by March next year ? which will mean CTCT having to plan a new route...

    The I-Team

I'm in for the Emperors... They say 98km/358 metres of climbing, something not right there. This yeas was 104km and almost 700m climbing. but either way still flat and fast. Should be I-Team ready by then,.. with all the Sufferfest sessions I have been doing.
  18. was looking at their page yesterday, damn they are hot !! Tempting but it will have to wait, my current bike is still fairly new.
  19. the last pic is cool. Always wanted a waterproof housing for my DSLR, maybe its time to invest in 1 for my old body... No chance i'm putting a 5D3 in the ocean.
  20. Sadly not, they were sold out.
  21. sjoe I have a lot to add... Kask Protone Suplest S8+ road shoes Garmind Edge 510 Ultegra 6800 pedals with 4mm long axle Cycleops Fluid2 IDT Oh and 2 pairs of Versus race socks
  22. Both TrainerRoad and Cycleops Virtual Trainer sync to Strava so that's how I've been getting my points. Using my Garmin ANT+ speed/cadence & heart rate.
  23. Hmm thanks, hopefully there's just some delays... If not have to do 3more sessions this week...
  24. Anyone having issues with points pulling through this week? Did 2 IDT sessions this week, and only points from 1 has pulled through?
