Guys, just a reminder. Make backups as far as you go. I have a Seagate HDD that is going to die soon with all my images. I am just glad I have NAS device at work were I can dump my photo's So make sure you have backups of your images!

I got back onto the LCHF lifestyle this week. My weight went from 83kg to a whopping 88.9 kg. My fiancee saw that the diet works (her mom follows a more Paleo diet than LCHF, but she mixed the best of both) so hope that the commute to work will help me get back in shape. I hate being this fat and obese.

I have my whiskey in neat form. The G&T, well gin on it's own is horrible. I just limit my intake to once a week.

Just take note. Almost 70% of USN Vooma = Carbs, Powergel has a load of 27g of Carbs (they say 9% of DV) So if you are on a LCHF diets I would say drop the gel.
