  1. American Horror Season 6!!!! They have a lot to do to beat the other seasons... can't wait... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
  2. watched this a few weeks back: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happy_Valley_(TV_series) watched the 1st season... Just found out that there is a season 2?!? Season 1 jerks every ounce of hate out of you on the one villain. In the words of my wife.... She would like to cut the balls off the one villain
  3. Saw R39-90 for 30 eggs Large
  4. on my 3rd antibiotic run. Got two Voltaren injections this weekend. Feeling crap is an understatement. And this weather... Would rather be in bed now than sitting waiting for an ass to open the office.
  5. Makes me think about this
  6. I feel super crap. My wife got me a hand grinder, and she thought it was a quality product. One of these, but just a shiitty SA sold product form bid or buy https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiHi9mblofOAhVTsBQKHRDDA2cQjRwIBw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hario.co.uk%2Fcoffee%2Fhand-grinder.html&psig=AFQjCNEdMZYNG_P4SUg8rxPeEfJAO-X-wA&ust=1469280414150812 So I tried it once and the thing fell apart. The seller being south African said we can send it back, but we will have to pay for the replacement. So last week I decided to give it another go. Beans in, tune it for a finer grind and start grinding... Nothing but coarse grounds. Gave it another go. Same result. The to my horror when I pulled out the drawer, there was a piece of white ceramic in between the Coffee grounds. So it seems that this twatter glues the ceramic parts together. On close inspection it broke on seams. So I am not 100% sure if the person tried to pull a few fast ones, but my wife was caught. So that evening I had to inform the wife that the birthday presents she got me last year, were all shiitt (The coffee cups were broken when I took them out of the box as well) So that would be the 2nd broken coffee grinder this year. (My Russel Hobbs burr grinders motor stopped working and made a fair bit of smoke)
  7. Also bored at this stage. Think we are episode 7 and if I stop watching would not be such a huge loss...
  8. Busy with Blindspot as well... Kinda been done, but have only slept in one episode
  9. Doing Vikings (just started season 2)... Wifes does not like the genre. But she focuses so on her phone, iPad and games the past few weeks, it does not matter what I watch...
  10. Will have to see if I have the funds to book my car for a service next month. Have to replace the front tyres as well. Just glad when I bought it, it failed the road worthy test due to the rear tyres being worn and brake pads not existing anymore... Ford tried to pin it on my account, but I had non of that. They had to fix it on their account. They make more than enough money on a car to at least send it out in working condition...
  11. I was just looking at an AP this morning... might work better than an Nespresso...Any advice where to buy and what else to buy with?
  12. Struck with a very bad case of flu. Was booked of for yesterday. But still have problems breathing, Went to the Dr on Thursday, after I started passing out in the car before work, and after a sneeze had a very weird pain in my chest and in my arms. Still feeling out of it, and will see if I will return to work on Monday. Way I feel now there is no way. My health is top priority and the installation of computers can wait. If I die the company I work for will give a hoot.
  13. It is clear that you have never met the owner. They have a Coffee Machine, Miko if I am not wrong, but the coffee it produces are real crap. And it is a huge battle to get coffee due to the cost. So I want something that I can keep at my desk.
  14. Wanted to get another Nespresso for the Office at the end of the month, but the Nespresso site of SA sucks balls. Been down for the past week (or rather not working as it should). I have an Inissia and it works well enough for me, so looking at getting another one, but it seems to be off the SA site, that said if you can get the site to semi work. Need something that is clean and easy to make my morning dose of Espresso shots.
  15. Easy to use, and great thing is you can pop it on a gas stove as well. Know my brother used his baby Moka on Sani Pass. At a cost perspective it is worth getting one (for me it was it anyway) With SA and load shedding a good pot of Coffee can go a long way
  16. Does the Garmin software work on Mac? Can't find polar SW for Mac. Also use the s725x. My speed sensor is on the fritz and not sure if it is worth spending R495 on a new sensor
  17. Mornings is a bit of a problem. Like this morning. Almost killed a commuter that decided to jump a red light. He had no lights nor reflective clothing on. If it was on the bicycle I would have been taken out. I wonder if I should check the maps to use that route you just mentioned to get out to the back of Hazeldean. Will work a route based on that... See if I can do that as an alternative. Bit longer, but worth the time in the saddle.
  18. I miss the machine I had at Spur. I was the only waiter that were allowed to use it. So easy to use, but that was way before I knew what I know now. I can't remember the name, but I remember the one morning the one cleaner decided to clean the bean hopper and made an adjustment to the grinder. Took me about 5 cups of Espresso to get it back in tune. Nothing beats a real coffee machine where you steam the milk to get the right amount of bubbles and you draw the right amount of water through the grinds. Where the sexy caramel colored crema greets you in the cup. Where you marry the white frothy milk with the creamy coffee to make a delectable cup of coffee. Miss the days...
  19. Oh that is pretty
  20. I tried cycling there once... Never again... There are just no rules left on SA roads. People are doing just what they feel like. Had one old ass hole with his BMW 5 series (old shape) that tried to push me off the road there. Reason... He tried to pass all the traffic waiting to go straight on Lynnwood. And that is not even with the ground works next to the road there now. Next time if we move, we will have to look for a place not to the East of Lynnwood as it is just a global stuff up going to the east of Hans Strijdom.
  21. My commute route is broken... The one part they dug up the cycle path / pedestrian path, so that is a no go. Getting closer to home they are doing some constructing work near the road, so part of the road is closed. And going into the road way is not an option (Lynnwood near Hans Strijdom) The alternative is also out due to construction work and road closure near Equestria. Cycling next to Hans Strijdom is also a risk. The guys cycling to Mamelodi is brave... The 2nd option they are constructing and dug up most of the cycle paths and sides of the road. So it seems that I will have to wait a bit. No use in getting killed by these idiots that has 0 respect for other people on the roads...
  22. Wonder if Audi or Porsche makes a bike
  23. With the new petrol price I might have to get my wife to start commuting with me in the mornings. But how do you get an accountant that works for a image driven company on a bike to the office. http://www.fin24.com/Economy/huge-hike-in-petrol-diesel-prices-20160530
  24. Was born into a wood lover family... here is one site of interest: http://woodworking.formeremortals.net/ I am looking at making my own entertainment stand soon. Just need some money (for wood and rest of the fittings) and time in my father's or uncle's shed. My uncle fitted closets for a long time, but gave up as most people are willing to make use of your service, but when they need to pay it comes as a matter that needs not to be attended to...
