    they are doing some marketing with pidcock, creating timed segments on the satges and at the end of stage 4 or 5, the best riders on those segments "race" pidcock. I wasnt into MTB when Cape Epic started but i'm sure it took a few events to get the international following and the rank of the event, so I assume Gravel Burn will adjust and optimise with Kevin like he did with Epic before it got sold Got mates doing it and they are enjoying it, tough AF. The 170km bus trip was special but there was beer so that helped

    he had people the winner of stage 1 for the women and the chap who came third or fourth. Payson isnt racing at the pointy end so its a bit watered down, seems its an end of year holiday with some efforts thrown in for a fair amount of the pro's. They did underestimate the Prince Alfred climb, using stava average gradient as the base research. So i wonder how the guy with the 50T went up that in the wet.

    have a look at lake shoes, they have reasonable priced (3k) and very expensive (7-9k), but they also provide a sizing guide ie trace your foot and measure certain parameters, Shops will push you to buy longer when you need wider causing issues for you. Not all brands offer a regular and wide but lake does. I had poor fitting shoes for a while and upgraded to Lakes and have never been more comfortable. I spent a large amount of money trying to resolve "hot foot" issues.

    Exactly what was said above. the easier you make it to just walk in and train, the more you will use it. Make sure you have a decent fan or two is all I could add The new Kicker Core Zwift device uses a virtual shifting and accomodates bikes from 8-12 speed and the tech works outside of zwift, might open options as well

    If you are using two apps like zwift and TR together. Make sure Zwift doesn’t control resistance on the pair screen. Had similar issue when I forgot to switch it off in Zwift

    i would look at roubaix, endurance geometry, they have taken the time to be specific on parts etc. Liv is a brand for women. The other ads just say 105 etc, if the Scott Foil had some info it would be a toss up between the roubaix and the foil good luck
