  1. i bought before they were in RSA, fantastic device. Lasted around 9000km before i needed to charge it again. a mate with an NGECO has replaced batteries numerous time. Just bought a new bike and saving to put another sigeyi on. I would recommend looking at GPLama on youtube review as well.
  2. also have the same issue, i get an error when trying re-link it
  3. +1 for intervals.icu, links to garmin now as well. I downgraded to free strava and will most likely stop using it. have already changed privacy to be excluded from local legend nonsense and all outdoor rides are marked as followers only after the spate of hijackings on the east rand. Insurance investigators asked for strava privacy settings when a mate got jacked.
  4. do you do that route solo?
  5. great read!. how long into the race did your hands start having issues? do you know how long it takes for the numbness to subside after? Would love to do Munga but the hand issues concern me
  6. Am in the area on holiday and wished I brought my bike. Have driven from hazyview to Sabie and hazyview to graskop. Roads are good and quiet. There was a rockfall but graskop but all fixed
  7. Reinhardt got the nod from Lotto to ride the tour
  8. van wilder breaking his jaw, thats gonna take a long time to heal
  9. World champion Julian Alaphilippe (Quickstep-AlphaVinyl) has suffered a fractured shoulder blade, two fractured ribs, and a collapsed lung after he was caught up in a mass crash ahead of the Col du Rosier at Liège-Bastogne-Liège. from cyclingnews.com
  10. 1. reinhard janse v rensburg 2. willie smit 3. marc pritzen
  11. that explains why I have three broken spokes on the front. I had considered looking for a mount for the front wheel but was concerned about standing and having zero give from the stand. I ride an old MTB frame with just the bare minimum on to get by. Looked at putting a road bike on to have more gears etc. but decided not to. I have a dedicated setup so it removes the excuses for not training. When I didn't have this setup it was easy to look for any excuse not to train. If you look for an excuse, you will find one. The colors you are going with are great, similar color to my road bike!
  12. agree!! zwift = every day is race day, an easy ride for me was often ruined by an aussie flag coming past me, just couldn't help myself. When TrainerRoad publicly release their Adaptive Training upgrade it will be hard to beat from a structured training perspective.
  13. doing the short one, weather app says maybe some rain?
  14. I'm backing Dion Guy for the win
