  1. I see Andrew Mclean is no longer riding with Shan Wilson in the Masters, Shan has teamed up with Brandon Stewart and will be riding Elite, AM will be taking it easier.
  2. A while back they were selling the tents and i bought 2 , even though i'm not of the midget race the tents are quite spacious and can easily accomodate yourself and your kit, or your bike if you leave your kit outside.
  3. Ummmm ok
  4. The Kremerat is held in Loius Trichardt, its a 1 day 175km stage race split into 4 stages, food and drink included at each stage. http://www.kremetartcycling.co.za/

  6. Which Meta 4 is it, the frames are the same but the 4.1 has the better components if the bike still has its original components. I had the 4.3 and loved it, not the lightest but a hardy bike and climbs well.
  7. I've never used mine outdoors in GPS off mode and would be a bit hesitant to use the speed/cadence sensor on a MTB.
  8. Theres no way they can police it unless they ride behind you the whole way watching.

  10. Great prices, i just ask best price for a part and find it cheaper than the online shops and they've fitted it for free, they can sometimes get busy and forget their promise to get back to me.

  16. Thumbs up to her for knowing how punishing the IM is having done it, but still wanting to do it again. I know cyclists that did the 94.7/Argus and swore never to do it again.
  17. Sauser commented once that he has a lot of respect and amazed at riders that have 9-5 jobs can tackle the Cape Epic.
  18. She could have been looking for time in the saddle to prepare her for IM, riding there, 4h20 plus riding back would give her that.
  19. There are plenty of yellow numbers i.e. more than 10 Argus's in way down start groups.
  20. Insurance companies in particular the "I'm the invisible man" one
  21. Orgs have a difficult choice, smaller bunches means more bunches and these bunches will start later, the last groups OA down are already leaving late. Restricting the number of entrants is one way but not going to be popular.
  22. None in SA yet, but owner of the LBS i go to recently visited his daughter in New Zealand and told me they have separate races cats for 29 and 26.
  23. Previous years coverage was far better, even the windy 2009 was much better.
