Well if the ave beer (340 ml) has 139 cals then you just need to burn that.

I'm quiet a heavy fellow and i have done about 2000 including a few rides thru Suikerbosrand, RfV and 94.7 on my 10spd dura ace chain and no problems so far.

I have Pro Gel, strong and comfortable. Worst gloves i've had were Ryder, they came apart after only a few rides.

Widget, when i browsed the shop it was more like Total Sports. Might have changed since.

Went to the Boksburg one when they 1st opened, but they did not have much in the way of cycling stuff. Think i must pop in again to see what they have.
