  11. Maxxis Crossmark LUST work well, on sat i fitted one on my Alex wheels and it seated without sealant and held, deflated added sealant, inflated again to 3 bar and there was no leaking. Today tyre is still rock hard.

  15. Ha The roads in that area are wide open so the wind catches you, i sometimes ride to Devon and back with a mate who lives in Nigel. Have not done the short route but my mate has and he also suffered, will be back next year.

  17. Not sure of the Pyga specs but I built my Morewood from Silverback, and only thing i could not swing over was seatpost. The only thing Silverback branded is saddle, stem cap and stem, handle bar is FSA,

  22. Ouch, this race is not for sissies. Garmin read 733m ascent in 40km, throw in a few surprises and you have a challenge. early climbs middle climbs end climbs Beer and Spurs burger at the end got a smile on my face again.
