So if i understand you layer the rim with tape, poke a hole where the valve goes and glue valve on, fit tyre leaving a small opening, fill with solution, fit tyre on and inlflate ASAP, spin round so solution can seal.

Surely you need something to cover the spoke holes.

Tough audience, Oscar has apologized for his outburst made in the heat of the moment directly after his race, but yes lets crucify him. Should he have run in both Olympics and Paralympics, while i might not believe so, Oscar did go through the process and it was approved, if he was given the go ahead why should he pass up the opportunity. It's not like he was barred and snuck onto the track and ran.

This race is usually my 1st road race post winter but i'll be missing it this year as i'm doing a MTB race the same day. Was a challenge last year, with seemingly endless drags made more difficult by the wind, well organized and good route.

I have a formula, the louder they shout and moan the slower i go, and i can go verrrrry slooooow. I will give way to faster riders and will even pull over when i think is convenient, not when they tell me.

Well whatever the reasons i see this as growing, i was at my LBS on the Oos Ront on Saturday and everyone was talking about it, peeked a lot of interest.
