RESPECT! I'm broken if I do a 60km ride at 23km/h!!!

I've seen fit guys on e-bikes.

I only have one complaint. Why did they only sell Castle Lite? Is it even a real beer?

Just came from there. 5 minutes in and out.

It's my Bike! But I don't have Flight Attendant. Maybe that's why I couldn't keep up with Joris? Or maybe it was my lack of skill! But it was just beautiful to see Joris and Benno handle those beasts out on the trails! Insane levels of skill!

Can't wait! I just want to ride! And then drink beer with my friends!

I've bought custom bike bags from Cycle Africa and their products are excellent and good value for money.

Maybe just make that last climb up the scaffolding from the beach to the road less steep. By that time my legs cannot anymore!

Ag I don't really know. I figured that was the only useful thing we got in the race pack, so I might just as well use it.

Guys this might be a bit off topic but I need help to remove that $@^%#^$ route sticker from my carbon frame! I usually first stick insulation tape on the frame and then the sticker, but I forgot and thought it would be okay, but I cannot get if off and I don't want to damage the frame. Any advice?

I have a Spez Levo and a Creo and I would buy Specailized again. But the new Scott and Trek ebikes are very nice.

And the weather is still looking good! A bit windy, but not too hot!
