    I used to come across cervel in the forests by my old house in SA... Ok..I came across one once.. But there's enough duiker and small rodents in the forests to keep them happy and I'm sure there's a fair number in a big expanse of forestry

    If you're using Nord.. You should be able to link it to your router and have an app or something that turns it on or off.... Well for the price I would expect so anyway!

    Ladies 1000m was insane too... Kipyegon missed the record by something like a second. And Laura Muir in second posted a national record and up and coming Irish athlete Ciara Mageean also posted a national record. In fact the top 8 all had PB's Edi: Lyles dominated. I also didn't realise he had a beast younger brother too

    Can't see any being broken. The four main events 200m, 800m, 1500m and 5000m all have long standing records by 4 of the greatest track athletes of all time. Let's watch that 800m race again..     Yeah.. He's got no competition really.. Not that he had on that 5km road record either. I think his win is a forgone conclusion and I don't think he has any chance of breaking Bekele's record

    I entered the Boston virtual because it gave me something to work towards... And they've lost out on their main fundraiser for the city for the year. It's equivalent to millions and millions of dollars lost... Figured I would give a little bit back

    I paid $50 for the Boston virtual... And that was only open to actual Boston entries (includes a shirt medal and goodie bag).... But...SA races are much cheaper...I paid €50 for an actual marathon in November with a t shirt
