    Correct.. In my excitement I mistyped. To put that in perspective..I was doing 200m intervals last night in and around 35 seconds for each 200m. After 15... With a recovery between I was knackered.... He ran the entire 5km faster or as fast as I was doing those repeats. Unbelievable. His speciality is 10km so between him and Kapruto it's going to be epic. Olympics...I reckon the races to look out for are: 800m very strong chance if a world record here 10000m 5000m Marathon Ladies 1500m and 10000m

    I'm sure they are measured correctly but properly not officially. I reckon there's opportunity to cut corners in a parkrun to the extent that you could share off at least 100m

    Watched once upon a time in Hollywood finally. It was good... Although possibly it's quality was improved more by the 2 actors in the lead roles. Without those two the storyline would have been a bit flat

    He's not running Berlin. There's a showdown between Bekele and him at London. Then they are both running Tokyo... It's gonna be a whopper marathon year.... Not to mention the Athletics at the Olympics... I'm literally drooling

    I was wondering why I had not seen any pmb marathon activities in my strava feed so I googled it. I see it has changed names and changed route. I don't know what sadist decided on that route but it's one tough looking marathon now. Good luck to anyone doing it next week. Nice little pull up Ritchie road at km 41!

    I was never going for a comrades silver.. But the longest run I every did was the Easter ultra.... 2 oceans or bergville. I then normally did a marathon a couple of weeks after that.. First week of May
