    Was wondering why you were selling off some bikes.

    We had one gas shower. 9l I think and 18kg bottle I think.. It's been a while. Used to get almost 3 months usage on the bottle. I was showering twice a day and the rest of the family (3) would alternate between bathing and showering in the evenings

    You still gonna hear foul words in the scrum or wherever. Personal attacks are not on... For example... McGrath when his wife was undergoing chemotherapy....but Taunts and jeers are therefore to put the batsmen or bowler off guard... If it occasionally involves calling someone a lady part or whatever I don't see a problem with that

    What we got left? 3 hours of batting? The odds certainly have improved a little bit.. But still heavily weighted in England's favour. Maintaining Our brilliant record at newlands is the only thing keeping us above water right now

    Watching on Saturday was so frustrating to watch.... For 4 we had our ourselves in a firm position to take a fist innings lead and then we just crumpled. Remember the days when we used to bat all the way up to 9 or 10 with Pollock coming in at 8 or 9 capable of scoring a century. In fact..I just googled.. He scored 2 at number 9

    Shin splints is the front of your leg. You have a skinny little muscle that runs up on the left of the left leg and right of the right leg. If it's not strong it gets strained and you get shin splints. Few days rest and do strengthening exercises

    It's possible that we could possibly hold out for 4 sessions.... But if they declare soon after lunch I can't see us lasting 5. I would say 80% chance of Eng win 19.99% chance of draw and 0.01% chance of SA win
