if one did a sub 3 on the 94.7, will a sub 3 CTCT be in reach? I know the CTCT is a few km longer, but after Suikerbossie it is all downhill to the finish.
is it really that unsafe to make your own? Even if you wrap the cylinder (2L plastic bottle) with duct tape to prevent it from shatter in possible explosion?

Manufactures of disc brake, road bikes, should play with the idea of covering the disc with a light weight non shatter ventilated carbon / plastic shell for safety purposes. just think of the marketing possibilities with such future... - eliminate the danger of cutting in accidents - more aero - more protected from dirt / dust
Heard the new Lefty shocks and frames are now size specific on the Scalpel SI bikes? So if you have a large frame, you need a size large sock specifically for size large frame - medium or small will not work - seems like there will be no spacers or something like that. anybody knows if it is true?
