  1. Pic of all four bikes
  2. There was also a Triumph Street Triple 765R with us. We represent both sides of the ocean [emoji1787]
  3. The sporty is my son in laws bike. My son has a Triumph Daytona 675R. My laatie was filling up when I took the pic.
  4. Lovely day out. Need to get some loctite for the damn battery terminals. Second time today that only the negative works itself loose.
  5. Got to agree. My Harley is loud AF, impractical but it puts the biggest smile ever on my face.Other day on a robot to robot stretch, I out dragged a guy on a Honda NC750. Doubt he will tell his friends that a Harley smoked him. If it had been 2 robots he would of taken me. But on the day, for that brief moment I was king of the road [emoji3]
  6. Flippen hell that takes me back.
  7. @Hairy here is a combo deal. No affiliation. Two Harley's for 60k.
  8. Whatever you do, do not mention these thefts on that other forum we on. Heavens alive they will never let up on you.
  9. Chap in PE made me one like your first pic. With padding for R2500. Without padding would be cheaper. Problem is he needs to measure you.
  10. Also keep a eye on the www.metalheads.co.za site. They have really clean secondhand Harley's and have a good reputation.
  11. Okay I just learnt something. Yep, those detailed reports are a bit eye opening.
  12. @Hairy here are a few from We Buy Cars. https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/5B2CD7310 https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/B03B34108 https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/B9F2D4514 https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/5924D1595 https://www.webuycars.co.za/buy-a-car/59A592242
  13. Many will argue that it is not a true Harley. I test rode one for my son in law before he got his sporty. Pleasantly surprised but hell it was small. But then I am 6 foot 3.
  14. Go to agree. You buy a Harley with your heart not your brain. But at the end of a ride it still leaves me with a huge smile.
  15. I only have this one on my phone. Mileage is 36000km.
  16. Now you talking.
  17. My son in law paid 42000 for his 1200 sporty. Came with a extra solo seat, sissy bar and saddle bags. Okay it is a 2006 which is the last of the carbs but a absolute blast to ride.
  18. I know it's difficult, but be patient. Bargains do come around.
  19. My wooden watch that I bought while on holiday in Switzerland.
  20. There is always a market for the sporties. They can also be customised to the Ying Yang and back. My son in law got a absolute bargain on a 1200 sporty. Absolute blast to ride and way quicker through the corners than my Wide Glide.
  21. 1kg up. Bit of a rough month. I will also rather not mention Easter eggs.
  22. General consensus is no.
  23. Bike looks fantastic. Might bump into you on the local PE trails.
  24. 2020 was my third attempt and I met and exceeded my target. I will put my name on for this year with a slightly lower weight. This is just to keep me in check and honest so that I do not get lax and start piling on the weight again.
