I went from a 10 speed 11-42 to 11-46 and was advised to also fit a hanger extender. When going into the 46 the derailleur runs on the cassette.

I had a L5/S1 fusion in 2012. Made no difference to my life. I only started riding in 2017 but no adverse effects. I do however err on the side of caution when riding very technical stuff and will rather walk. For the same reason I ride with flat pedals.

Travelling from PE to Port Alfred yesterday, I stop at the Nanaga Farm Stall for petrol. Guy there on a Triumph Rocket. Start talking to him, he is from Fort Beaufort. He had strapped a bag to the bike and just started riding. Says he has no idea where he will sleep. Just thinks it will be somewhere near Storms River. Flippen awesome is all I can say.

At 27 seconds behind Minnaar still makes him a lot faster than me ????
