  1. The ratios are normally worked out front chainring teeth divided by rear sprocket teeth.
  2. Agree it is a bit of a fiddly operation trying this and then that. Must of had mine on and off about 3 or 4 times. But works a charm though.

  6. I think Lyne said they would be compiling a list of compatable bikes. Used mine today for the first time in 35 degree weather. Sure was happy not to be lugging a Camelbak with.

  9. I can confirm that it works like a charm on the Anthem. Bit fiddly to setup checking the various options but once sorted it's all good.

  13. This was a fantastic event. Hot and slow for me and suffered cramps from the 35km mark. And that Emerald Vale beer is just tops.
  14. Also moved to flats and loving it. Confidence is way up and at this early stage skill levels also improving.

  20. Hi Name is Wayne and I am from Port Elizabeth. Still very new at this. The plan was to do "cheese and wine" type routes. Instead it seems like I started with a Stroh Rum type ride (3 Silos in East London). At least that's the way it felt. Also did the Mpekweni ride this past weekend.
