  1. My son rides behind me on his bike with a big backpack to pick up the parts that fall off.
  2. Thank you. Only bike I have ridden where people in cars give me a thumbs up when at a robot.
  3. Funny my teeth are doing just fine. My Harley must be a dud then?
  4. You wanna try riding it for a elevated heart beat [emoji1]
  5. Something way bigger. Dyna Wide Glide
  6. I actually rode the 750 Harley to test ride it in behalf of my son in law. Was pleasantly surprised by how it pulled. Only reason why he did not buy it is it was a bit small for him and my daughter. As a single rider bike, I think it would do fine.
  7. Yeah the 1200 Sportster can still do. The 750 jobbie would be a no go for me. Would bore me no end.
  8. Most guys that start on a Sportser end up going bigger.
  9. That's a misconception, we don't use the tassels to make sure we moving. They used to chase the flies and bugs away.
  10. It's like I said to someone who said "at least you won't get speeding fines with a Harley" sometimes you have to slow down and smell the roses. Joke was on him though, a Harley is plenty fast enough to get speeding fines.
  11. I have not looked back since getting my Wide Glide
  12. Cannot comment on the Mega C as I have the Mega XL due to old eyes, but still love mine.
  13. Going to try the following over the weekend. Worspot(No 3 potjie) 2kg wors. 2 Cans Relish. The spicier the better. 2 Cans of beer. Chuck everything into potjie and cook over medium heat until the wors starts to break apart. If the fluids are a a bit low, gooi another beer. Also bake the potbrood during this time. Finally, when you deem the worspotjie to be done, dish up and do a dip and slurp with fresh porbrood. If there are any worspot left over, chuck in more fluids(beer and relish) and warm it up for breakfast.
  14. That looks sweet. Please post finished pics.
  15. John Paul Young - Yesterday's Hero.
  16. That would be fantastic. Thank you
  17. Excuse me jumping on the bandwagon, heart rate monitor perhaps?
  18. For me, a Merlot is my go to wine. By far my favourite.
  19. That bike sounds pretty mean.
  20. Looking at the comments on that YouTube clip, it amazes me how many people talk absolute rubbish when it comes to Harley's. I don't say they the best but don't slate it if you have not tried it.
  21. Yeah got to agree with Sturgis. Bucket list thing to do.
  22. That looks like a filing jig to keep the angle constant for shaping.
  23. Were you using the Lezyne routing or the Komoot app?
  24. I rode a Suzuki Boulevard the other day. Typical Japanese smoothness. The Harley is just different, has a certain mystique and is a giant vibrator [emoji1787] but I love it. It sure is quick enough for my needs. When I rode it back from the Tsitsikamma Tollgate, I averaged 130km/h taking it up to 150km/h easily with a lot to spare.
  25. The Komoot app for route tracking is pretty awesome. That's what I like about the Lezyne. Almost every firmware update comes with new features.
