Dis baie nice en alles, maar waarom het julle so baie geld nodig, sal "mannekrag" nie meer van pas wees nie? of word die geld gebruik om vir mense te betaal om die werk te doen. Ek is seker daarvan dat die mtb'ers in die area sal verniet kom help bou, ek sal, sê net waar en wanneer.

That there is the reason I will never buy any other rim, I always struggle to seat tyres on other rims, and I get unhealthy angry when it does not want to seat. I seat my tyres with a normal foot pump. And they are light!

My cannndale flash Alu is pretty light just just over 10kg, but i paid about R22000 for it. Cannndale are known for their light alu frames, there was one 2nd hand on the hub yesterday still, i know you said "new", just my 2c use it dont use it....

On another ocasion they charged me R1200 for a letter they wrote to someone that owe me money. a letter!!!!! R1200 its crazy.

No offence to attorneys, but currently they and builders are the people I like least in this world. Somebody once said to me attorneys are money sucking thieves... and I can almost start to believe that. I just bought a house, and with the transfer they needed to do a deed search, they charge R600 for the search it cost about R10 to do, I know because I do it almost every day.

Even better I work from my house! distance from bedroom to office about 20m! But yes its getting ridiculous!! On the other hand, (i'm a environmentalist sort of) and if we had to pay for all the social and external costs (taking into account the damage its doing to the environment) of petrol it would cost us two three times more than what we are paying for it now.

I got mine down to 10.7kg! But its was build with the lightest components I could find. Although my wheels weighed 1.4kg which is not the lightest. It was a fun project, and i realy regret selling it!

you only have to ask yourself the following two questions, do you want to have a soft comfy ride or do you want to have a hard ride? I currently have a 29er hardtail but i think for the epic a DS 29er will be so much nicer, my 2c. I did the epic (2009) on a hardtail alu 26er, hardass!

Why would you wanna change from XTR's to SLR's, I see no point in doing that even "IF" the SLR's are slightly better.
