    I will also be cancelling my vitality subs as I replaced my gym visits with rides during summer and subsequently pay the full membership fees because I'm not keeping fit inside a gym.

    Well I guess I'll no longer receive vitality rewards for cycling, because I will continue using strava and I'm sure not going to spend money on something I never needed previously.

    Yeah, it seems is only been that one so far though. I couldn't be hassled to go get a coffee or smoothie tbh. So my rewards just go unclaimed.

    It would be nice if apart from the coffee or smoothie, they have you an option to donate that amount to a charity.

    I must agree on the Onza tyres, My Canis/Ibex mix is pretty darn good, I had a massive 2 wheel drift on Sunday and didnt see my a$$ Came flying around the single track and straight into a patch of dry grass clippings on the trail resulting in one unintentional roost of note. I have no doubt that the tyres saved me from ditching it. I weight 105kg and am currently running both back and front at 1.8bar, I'll start playing around with reducing the pressures to see what works/feels best.

    Nostalgia, I used to have a shova st which I loved. It did however have a Thompson set back seat post and a 100mm stem. Lol

    Yeah, wanted to try an xlarge frame, the stumpy came up in the classifieds a while back so I got that. Xlarge just works so much better for me, don't know what made me think large was a good idea in the first place.
