I replaced my dura ace pads the other day, got Xact or something like that from Wonder Woman, They cost less than 100 bucks for 4. Use the current holders. These things work prettyfine for me.

I would not spend 4k on Mtb shoes, as they just get stuffed. However I have spent that on road shoes, 4 years later and 2 sets of cleats they are still going strong. Just toss them in the washing machine every now and again.

Just buy them, you do not notice the change in colour. But you do notice that your eyes are not tired after a ride. I wear mine all the time they are amazing. A friend of mine who is a pilot has even traded his beloved Raybans in favour of Rudys.
