  1. Thats why the Swiss created Assos, they have a garment for just about any weather condition.
  2. Yip, but Owen was caught on Winstrol (Hope the spelling is correct). Maybe he was told it was WIN strol.
  3. Peet sad to say but there are a few South African cyclists that come to mind.
  4. The girls will go race thier best for the points needed, achieve the needed points and get selected for the Olympics, then get given R2000,00 by CSA and then get told its an honour to ride for your country so you must get the other R100000,00 to get to China. Oh almost forgot at the last minute the South African Olympic Comitee will give the riders a track suit. The officials and the wives and husbands will be sent to see what lessons can be learnt, CSA foots all thier bills and 1st class air tickets.
  5. No Engela. Oh no how sad.
  6. Hey guys at least we won the toss.
  7. Thanks a lot Trackie. Will mail her this evening.
  8. Asked how she got used to it - she said after the first few times of sitting down, forgetting that she no longer had a saddle, she quickly got used to it... Must surely be on real tough cookie. HA HA HA

I vote for Craig, he is fair and knows the rules. He can also make decisions. Good Luck Craig
  10. Does anyone know what Standard Bank Clubs web site is? Or have any contact details for them?
  11. Well I just use tap water and mix my bottles on the way out in the morning, if I am racing out of town then I use Valpre bottled water.
  12. To put your bottles in the fridge or not. That is the question. Only problem after an hour of racing the contents of your bottles are more like hot water than anything else. So why bother putting them in the fridge?
  13. Tap water is fine. As long as your bottles are kept kleen. David #72007-04-20 12:44:39
  14. Kona Fan I must agree with you 100%. Most Succesfull South African, Malcom Lange.
  15. Lets not forget Super Mario. He was awesome to watch, what a character.
  16. One of the most awesome places to ride is the short section of paving from our complex gate to my front door after a loooong ride on a Sunday morning.
  17. Goofs please do that and let us know. I would not know Ken if he walked through my front door. He might be a likeable chap that just got caught up in the heat of the moment. If that is the case a simple apology should be okay by me.
  18. Well Goofs has hit the nail on the head. Ken Brown is most likely not qualified to be in the convoy. Thats why he does not know how to behave in the said situation. Robbie Nilsen would not take this lightly.David #72007-03-23 11:49:43
  19. I still think its best to name him.
  20. Wendell I suggest you name and shame this so called Pro back up driver. Being a team manager does become a little stressful towards the end of the race, however a little courtesy and manners do go along way. See how clever he is once he has to answer to his team and sponsor after being named.
  21. Hey Slowjoe it looks great. Hope you enjoy it when you get it.
  22. 101% I must agree with you, it does not make any sense. Hoste is so talented and strong, with a rider like Horner helping you, must put him in with a good chance.
  23. I have heard that Raleigh Carbon frames are cracking. Why is Daryl Impey on a RC7000?
  24. Jason Does your Boss have a job for me? Or he can just pay me to be his friend.
  25. Well Done too all of you. I really take my hat off to you folk.
