  5. Found a new hill which adds some hard work to my regular longish ride - 73km with 1200 elevation Had hoped to do a hundred but my pit stop was closed and I’m a quitter Finding a 4km winding and beautiful gravel pass back up to the 7 passes road from sedgefield was awesome

I did 50 odd kms with 60m of elevation the one day - the first half at around 14km but the second a pacey 30 odd - thought I was very clever in my planningTried it on another occasion, got my bearings wrong and pedaled home into an 80km breeze - focused on my book and a few beers the last few days
  16. Somewhere between Struisbaai and Gansbaai - no electricity no phone signal and loads of gravel - bit muddy this time but worth it
  17. I like Phil and he’s taking it seriously - must be a little soul destroying to see this freak just go and smash it for a laugh almost

I definitely have a gender neutral crush on him - I tried to grow a beard, no luck on my wrinkled babyface, but I do have a gravel bike and am obsessing about some gravel adventures I desperately need to put into action. ps, don't think he'd take much convincing, someone just needs to get it on his radar (the munga, not my man gender neutral crush
