    Well done on the weight loss!!!!! A doctors visit is definitely in order, sooner rather than later- just to get a check up and the all clear. For now LSD would be my suggestion, maybe with some light intervals combined - even if it's just 'racing' a friend from point to point during the long rides...

    Tell them to get stuffed - either supply a NEW crank at the original advertised price, or a full refund is in order... Take it as high as possible- these chancers must learn , and the guys high up must also see what's going on down the line- I for one will never use the Concept store in MA because of the CRAP SERVICE I have received when I've gone into the store with the intention of purchasing.

    Time wise - a few seconds per section. Debatable if it's worth it, you have x amount of laps to nail each A line, you'll save time for sure, but 1 fall and that time saving is gone...

    I think 4.4km, quite a few potential jumps if your ability allows. I think there are 4/5 A&B line sections (A being very technical)
