They have backing from proper cycling governing bodies, proper coaching and proper money behind them.Other that that- not much...

They won't show on any podium- old news in terms of pro riders IMO... Especially if they have to ride the whole route and not whinge about being bust taking shortcuts...

Was very keen to watch this video- then saw the reckless disregard for other traffic and red robots... These guys are no doubt good, maybe even great riders- but considering the amount of bitching we do when a cyclist is hit by a car I don't see how we can support this. These guys can only be causing more animosity towards us from other road users... Just my opinion, so please flame away if you want to...

There are retards everywhere these days... Especially ones riding on an active runway!! There are certainly a lot of cyclists that seem to do their best to give us a bad name - a lot of the animosity towards us is caused by idiotic behavior... Common sense and decency is all I want for Christmas.

My initial thoughts were fairly similar. R4400 for a two day course that covers basics that you learn on the trails as you go(except for wheel truing) seems very steep. Good luck to them- I liked the idea of it but when I looked at the prices it put me right off...

Looks awesome - I wish I could enter... Work function mid day and Lumineers in the evening... Does 'The nerd' need a late-comer team mate for Sunday AM? Come on guys- let's support the best trail centre/ trail builder in JHB!!
