    I'm not sure if this has been posted before but I'm quite disappointed at the number of Vida-E outlets in Jozi. I can't understand why you can't use the ones at Shell garages- I'm at a point where I'm offering my vouchers to family and friends just to get some use out of it.

    I would also look at this option which works out brilliantly for ordering from overseas: https://www.aramexglobalshopper.com/ If you use this coupon (which I did, you'll get free lifetime membership): AGS1002014 They basically give you a local address to ship it to (Germany, London, New York etc) so you usually don't land up paying for local delivery and then they charge you a flat fee plus and duties. I was quoted R170 to ship from the US for first 500g, it then goes up but not exactly sure of the rates. I think it's an epic system.

    That's what I mean't.... more server capacity.. Their site is not great from a navigational point of view but I can live with this..

    I've found that for a while now, their site has been rather slow (even through out last year)... I think it's time that they do some upgrades...

    On another point, I've noticed that the Discovery Website and App is really slow- even when using 4G, it's 19voetsek slow... Has any one else had the same issue?     Hi all, Happy new year! Somewhat off topic but I went for a ride this morning and used Strava. Is anyone else having issues with Strava syncing? Mine just says syncing one activity and I'm connected to wifi... This is all it does. I don't wanna close the app in case it loses this workout and then I loose out on my 300 Vitality Points.

    For what it's worth- in the future, you can try go to one of their walk in centre's/offices. Assuming that you don't live too far from it... My wife often goes there to sort out issues and they usually get resolved then and there. The walk in staff seem to be quite competent.

    Did a ride yesterday and Strava only properly sync'd with Discovery this morning so I can confirm that there's a definite delay...
